Treatment description
The area to be treated is covered in gel and a handpiece is passed over the skins surface passing heat into the skin. The energy penetrates the skin layers to selectively heat the skin tissue and the extra-cellular matrix. The local heating causes an immediate contraction of the collagen fibers and at the same time increases stimulation of Fibroblasts, thereby accelerating the production of new Collagen and Elastin fibers.
